This Membership Guide forms part of you, the principal member’s contract with us, along with your application form and your Membership Certificate.
This is an annual contract.
As a member of the Bupa Malta Health Plan, you, the principal member,
have formed an agreement with Bupa Malta about your cover. Only you, the principal member, and Bupa Malta have legal rights under this agreement.
This means that only you, the principal member and no other party may enforce the terms of this agreement. You, the principal member’s membership with us includes:
The full name of your insurer is shown on your Membership Certificate.
The start date of your membership is the “effective date” shown on your
Membership Certificate.
You, the principal member, must inform us straight away if you change your country of residence.
Your new country may have different regulations about health insurance. You, the principal member, need to tell us of any change so that we can make sure that you have the right cover and that all local regulations are being met.
